How we work

Find out our method

1. Direct sales

The RiFRA Store in Milan is managed directly by the company; the designers within it are professionals who grew up in RiFRA and the company manages all the phases, from design to taking measurements, to production and assembly at the customer's home, directly and without intermediaries.

2. First visit or online design

We recommend that you make your first visit remotely via Online Planning.

As an alternative to Online Planning, the first visit to the RiFRA store allows you to discuss your needs with a RiFRA professional. The first meeting, whether remote or in person, is an important step, so that we understand your vision, budget and the specifics of your situation.

For this it is necessary to make an appointment; the best way to optimise the meeting is to bring your house plan (or anticipate it by email), so that we can get into the specifics of your situation.

You will then be shown our products, the various finishes and models in our range.

3. Second visit: project presentation

During the second meeting there will be a presentation of the project we have designed for your situation. the project will be presented with a detailed cost plan; at this stage we start to go into the details of the proposal, and your feedback is important.

4. Variation and consolidation of the project

After the first presentation, the project will be consolidated, following feedback from the second meeting.

5. On-site measurement, production, transport and installation

Upon acceptance of the project and the quote, RiFRA takes charge of the measurements, production, transport and installion.
